This is an excellent site that allows you to post your listing for rent or for sale, upload your pictures and in an instant your listing goes to several very visited sites and has a very nice presentation.

There is a routine I learned at a seminar in Scottsdale last Sept hosted by my company's website host * HomeRentals.net.....post postlet listings EARLY on your local area Craigslist....I routinely do between 5 to 7 listings at 7AM each day...my property description in my postlet has a link directly to my website. I do not insert an e-mail address. I actually track my postings on an excel spreadsheet and as a property rents, I insert a new listing into the routine. I can repost the same postlet on CL every 4th day and I offer a good variety of listings per day.
I agree that the "first capture" of a prospect is important and since they can go directly to my website and view interior photos and floor plans of my available properties, I think that the postlet routine has not only gotten me residents * it has gotten me property management clients....
