Automating the BPO MMR/MSR Process

Many of the items on the BPO form are repetitive. The use of the template feature in ROBOforms can cut the time to fill out online BPO form by 40-50 percent. If you are paying an assistant $15 per hour for 80 hours a month to fill in forms this inexpensive software could save you $480 to $600 per month.

I too used to have an assistant that I would have strictly do the data entry side of my orders. It was effective, but expensive!

Then I learned about an automation software, (but a different one) that helps by filling in both the repetitive fields within each of my BPO orders, but also all of the comp information. I no longer have to 're-create the wheel.' Plus, it works for not only BPO orders, but also REO reports too, like your monthly marketing reports.

By using the automation software it cuts down the total amount of time that I spend on the data entry side of my order tremendously. Plus, it helps me be able to accept more work, thus be able to make more money. I no longer need an human assistant. :-)
