Introduce yourself!

Since I have started this group, I have meant to keep up on writing a personal note to welcome each and every member. Well, the amount of requests to join was overwhelming (I'm not complaining) and I didn't get the chance to email each one of you. I'm Sorry!!

Anyway, I thought I would write this post and allow each and everyone of you to share with our group who we are and what we do. So, here goes!

I am the marketing director for a real estate technology company, Goomzee. We provide a text for information service that allows consumers to request property information, at the property via text message. Goomzee Connect provides agents with an alert, notifying them that someone inquired about their property, and delivers them with a mobile phone number for follow-up. We service clients nationwide. Recently, I enjoyed a trip down to Austin, TX for a visit with clients and some very warm sunshine.

That's Goomzee in a nutshell! What about me? I'm a native of Montana and graduate of The University of Montana - Go Grizzlies! I love my job, love my hobbies(sailing, skiing, boating, traveling) and look forward to hearing about YOU!!

Erika:

Nice to meet you! Goomzee sounds like a great product, and something that clearly adds value to RE-Agents/Home-buyers alike.

Here is a bit about me:
My name is Graeme K. Brown and I work with TurnHere, Inc.

TurnHere is a turn-key, full-service, internet-video production company. I work specifically in the Real Estate vertical; TurnHere creates engaging Realtor Profiles, Apartment Complex profiles, neighborhood overviews, and home tours as well as videos across a host of other verticals (Travel, Publishing, etc.).

Personally, I am a graduate of Brown University '00 and hold a BA in Organizational Behavior Management. I am also a former professional baseball player for the NY Mets. I currently hold a CA Real Estate License, and have been working in Real Estate for the past 4.5 years. In that time I have accumulated 6 Top Producer Awards and was recognized as New Day Trust's MVE (Most Valuable Employee for 2006.

On a lighter note, I enjoy stand-up comedy, most sports, and a nice summer breeze.

Hopefully that sheds some light on what I do, and who I am!

Hi Erika - Like your website!

I am the founder of http://www.Furnishedhomes.com - The Place to Find Furnished Rentals. We are a Google Interactive Maps powered site that allows travelers to find vacation and furnished corporate rentals by MAP. I am the author for a travel and vacation rentals blog http://www.Gofurnished.com.

In a nutshell we intend to help travelers connect with owners and property managers. While it is a very competitive market and "free" listings sites pop up by the dozens daily - we are unique in that you can search by address, zip code, landmarks (Grand Canyon, Eiffel Tower etc)and filter listings better than a big list directory. Our auto suggest search is pretty cool too!

Owners and managers can update and edit all properties from a very user friendly panel 24/7. It is FREE to list unlimited furnished properties.

Personally, I am a University of Arizona Wildcat! Enjoy Spinning (cycle) classes, fly fishing and golf.

Best Regards - John Foxworthy

Great to hear what you folks are up to, especially John talking about fishing and golf--the twin banes of my existence. :)

I'm a Bluetooth and buzz marketer specializing in Bluetooth advertising for real estate and other fields, as well as online buzz building.

The quick version is that Bluetooth marketing allows you to send virtual tours, similar property listings and more to folks who pull up curbside to a home or commercial property. Bluetooth content is free to send and receive and is permission-based (folks have to opt-in to receive content and uninterested recipients are blacklisted to prevent spam).

With low startup and ongoing costs, Bluetooth advertising is a great way to reach prospective buyers with meaningful information and could significantly reduce your need to print fliers and other promo materials, which also makes Bluetooth a great way to "go green."

Find out more about Bluetooth marketing at http://bluetoothbroadcasting.blogspot.com.

On the personal front, church, a great wife and two kids keep me extremely busy, in between watching the KC Royals, Chicago Bears and LA Lakers lose in style.
