Phone services -- worth the hype?

Have you found them useful for attracting buyers, cutting marketing and printing costs, saving time?
The service allows prospective buyers (or just browsers) to access information about a for-sale property by calling a toll-free number dedicated to each individual property. Almost immediately, the buyer can view video, pictures and read information about the property – all on their mobile device and all while interest is at its height. Does this sound useful to you?
