What's Happening at Allison James!

Dear Realtors & Brokers,

A month or so ago Ginger (Agent Relations) got an email from a CA Realtor telling her that everyone in San Diego was talking about Allison James Estates and Homes, and we were the hot ticket in town. She just heard the same thing from a Virginia Realtor. Excitement is in the air:

* Virginia is our hottest and fastest growing state right now.
* We should hear the same thing about WA within the next two months, with Gary building a large REO team there.
* Jack has things humming in NC with the addition of another pro-active Broker in the state.
* Sandra, our new Broker in Tampa and Orlando is setting up a meeting at the board and expects 20 Realtors to join at the meeting.
* Ken Moon just bought Jon Cheplak’s program, so he should be the man to watch and catch.
* Robert in FL just met with a large company on the east coast of Florida.
* Gene open MA today with the signing of our first Realtors.
* Bill, in Iowa had a good month, last month as well.
* June has expanded her territory into Washington D.C. and our growth has started there as well.
* We also saw net growth in AZ last month.
* Soon, we hope to be announcing our Dallas, Texas broker who will double our Texas Realtor count overnight.

I guess this is why we had a record month in January at Allison James Estates and Homes. It’s happening, tighten your seat belts. 2011 is going to be big.
