Would you ever enter a store with its lights off? Let's say you did... Would you by anything?
Sounds like a silly idea to rent a space then create a concept and a store to sell a specific merchandise but never turn the lights on, doesn't it?

Here is the point, today's internet is the busiest space on the planet, based on the latest data from NAR we now have 90% of prospective home buyers shopping online. 46% of online buyers go to a real estate company website and 45% to a real estate agent's website. So we have these online stores but the lights are off, what I mean by that is; no one is there to help you.

The internet is an informational space when it comes to business and is evolving into a conversational space when it comes to social media. It is key for businesses to catch up to this trend. Think about the opportunity, the consumer has already told you what they want. We simply have to answers the demand for interactive live solutions. This just about never happens, do you think there was demand for at home delivery pizza when it started? They created a need, a convenience. Nowadays it is rare to have pizza outside of it being delivered. So here is the question; how do you convert a website into an interactive and conversational space?
ANSWER:
Introduce live web technology and engage the visitors inside your site. Give them the opportunity to ask questions right now and use that opportunity to convert these visitors into live prospects. It simply makes sense to be there when visitor enters your online store, be able to "meet and greet" and let them know that you are available to answer their questions.
