Bernice I have enjoyed reading your articles for so many months and now, for the first time ever, I thought I would share a comment. Having been in real estate only 3 years, this is the first downturn I am experiencing. Agents who have been thru this before and survived are sharing their experiences and encouraging me to hang in. I watch many peers leaving and can see the membership dropping. Where it is a matter of finances, I understand, but for those who have the resources to hang on, your article is timely and accurate. We need to take positive action and use the downtime to prepare for the biggest recovery we can. Historically, real estate not only survives, it comes back stronger. and it will again!
