Allison has over eighteen years of experience leading teams and organizations in both the public and private sectors. She spent the majority of her career developing and executing initiatives valued up to $300M. Allison is a former U.S. Army officer with over 13 years of service. She previously directed a $1 billion dollar property portfolio for the U.S. Government in Europe. Allison also served as a consultant to the Army Surgeon General, assigned to the Pentagon. She has repeatedly developed, sold and completed high value, one-of-a-kind proposals for executives and government leaders, worldwide.

Allison’s specific areas of expertise include business development, capitalization planning, architectural design, and the structuring of software systems used for portfolio management.

Allison is a registered architect and has received numerous awards for leadership, operational innovation and business execution. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami and a Master of Science in Architecture Studies – Design & Computation, from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
