    Wow, great Post! It was like you were sitting in one of my seminars, listening to me speak. You are preaching to the choir, but apparently not enough people are listening. I ask my students if they have been a buyer recently and recommend it highly. When you see what a buyer has to go through with the minimum level of service that some MLS programs supply, they then, only then can you start raising a stink to get things changed. I also ask my students to find their listings wherever they are online and make sure they are giving the consumer a fantastic experience. Yay - thank you.     Twitter is at the top of the list for me! I get to do lots of research, find out about really neat new products and websites and stay connected with my friends. What I love most are the conversations at events so I can stay up on everything that is going on even if I am not there. A treasure trove for sure.
