Only another 1200 tips to wait for, see posted. It is a game, 24/7 to tune your efforts to be noticed, soar above the crowd to page one. Thanks for the tips. Goodle also "reads" video copy so mention the town, your brand, and also noticing how video players..little guys showing up in the search results? Video carries more points, larger bounties. • Video is huge in real estate
    By Andrew MooersFebruary 21, 2010 - 7:18am

Video is huge in real estate because your buyer is no longer local, has never been to your area, does not know you. Video fills the unknowns, turns on the light and gets the buyer out of the dark. Using five senses if done right...not just the eyeballs to scan images that look like someone put vaseline on the dirty lens, wrote one size fits all scripted copy to play it safe. The buyers are not getting fed the information they are starved, thirsty for. Video is 30 frames per second, with 40% of the experience the audio from the location, your home town, out of your own month talking one on one like you and I are parked on a diner stool eating our bacon and eggs. Chewing the "fat" Video, still just talking about it? Take it for a spin. Maine REALTOR Andrew Mooers - Houlton Maine / Aroostook County www.mooersrealty.com

  • Real estate brokers I get
    By Andrew MooersFebruary 21, 2010 - 7:09am

Real estate brokers I get email froms or comments on posts we write on video fall in to two groups. The side on the right of the gym talk talk talks about getting in to video..someday. They even threw lots of money at the missing link in their real estate office. Thousands of dollars in to video cameras like Porsche's parked in a garage that layers of dust collect on. Same with software the agent throws money at but that the learning curve is straight up, so they leave it parked too. The other half of the gym goes the sensible route with use of the video capibilities of the point and shoot you have in the real estate holster first. The low cost video software before maxing out the plastic. And then as the creativity grows, add the ehancements. Because by the time the "not in to video yet" group does wander in to the tent, the cameras, software are now outdated because they waited too long. Old technology happens very quickly. Have close to 400 videos pumping, working, broadcasting at 100,000 watts each 24/7. They work like nothing else in promotion of real estate, your area, your brand.
