Another couple of guys trying to make money outside of real estate by selling the public on how we should all do our job better, and of course spend money trying to get that information. If you want to raise the bar for agents, than raise the bar to entry first!. That immediately will help with creating an agent base that is educated and/or experienced. What needs to be avoided is what one of the VPLLC guys said he did: he entered real estate as an agent, and then needed to find out how to do it (realestate) by working with an experienced agent, who taught him everything (?). The reason why consumers do not trust real estate agents, Realtors, or real estate consultants, etc, is that agents have no knowledge when they passed the license exam. Anyone with a GED can pass the exam easily. Of course, we would have to fight or own "management" for that: i.e. NAR and CAR, as they get paid by the quantity of agents, not the quality of agents. Also, there is no good process to weed out the bad agent from within the industry either. Maybe you should start there, rather than try to come up with a virtual tool. But of course VPLLC is in it for the money. Antoine E Pirson, Broker, MBAAntoine E Pirson, Broker, MBA
