I am the group leader and we specialize in land acquistion and land development, new construction, residential resale, investment properties, multi family properties, short sales, preforeclosures, foreclosures and just plain deals. We get results. In 2007 we closed 59 transactions. Our group is composed of a new construction agent, a listing agent, a buyers specialist, a land specialist, a transaction coordinator and office administrator. We cover all of Snohomish County in Washington State. This includes Arlington, Bothell, Everett, Edmonds, Lake Stevens, Lynnwood, Marysville, Mill Creek, Monroe, Mountlake-Terrace, Mukilteo, Stanwood and Snohomish.

    I agree with everything that has been said here. My experience has been that these banks are relying on information from BPOs they under paid for, they are uncooperative, the loss mitagators are under paid and overloaded with files, they reject fully reasonable offers and then they just end up selling the home for less money.   • We are getting the majority

    We are getting the majority of our buyer leads for our buyers agent from our short sales, short sale ads and ads with things that say things like a home starting at lower then market price, give examples of others and say you have more or lists available of preforeclosures, short sales, bank owned and repos.
