    Your articles are always inspiring. I have experience working only with Greek vendors, and all of them are trying to "sell" design first. Does this happens because usually vendors, after a small interview, are buying a specific template and work on that? If i leave design for the end, will i have the option to buy a cheap template or i will have to buy a new design starting from zero? Thanks

Hi all, an acceptable commision for agents (by law) here, is 2% from the seller and 2% from the buyer. i'm working as a buyer and listing agent all the time with great success. When i put a listing in market, i know exactly what's the fair market price and what the seller could accept or not. When i have a buyer, i know exactly why he need a specific property and how much he can pay for this. I use these information and as the "middle man", i'm trying to keep both sides satisfied, when the same time i'm loyal to both of their needs. I want to close deals, but the same time, i don't risk my reputation if i feel that a transaction is not fair. (also, be sure that both sellers and buyers, have always a right feeling about what a property worth. You can't cheat anyone). [sorry about my English. i'm self educated]
