Benhard Wiese Principal Agent Cape Coastal Homes Dawid, Have you ever experienced senior agents reluctance to pro-actively dedicate time to a mentor program, even of they would receive a share of the intern's commission for the mentoring period? The sixth block could have been the AOD principle : "adapt to the first 5 points or die"! Benhard Wiese Principal Agent Cape Coastal Homes benhard@cch.co.za www.cch.co.za

Benhard Wiese Principal Agent Cape Coastal Homes benhard@cch.co.za www.cch.co.za By constantly raising the bar when dealing with buyers and sellers, we are not only adding value to the average transaction, we are also evaluating the clients - proofing to them that we respect both them and ourselves. This is the point where our value proposition not only matches the remuneration but actually breaks down the stereotype or stigma attached to our profession.
