I don't know about the rest of you, but I provide client-level service to clients, not customers. I consult, advocate and negotiate for my client's best interest. With no inventory to "sell" and no incentive to sell any one property over any other, the only "selling" I do is to the opposing party and their agent. It's slow in coming, but consumers are beginning to understand the problems with "old-school" real estate philosophies. The best representation will always be full client level representation.
