    I couldn't agree more Mark. The only concern I have is will the current administration do the so called right thing. Considering they are going to pump $4.25 billion of the economic stimulus money into creating tens of thousands of federally subsidized rental units, I'm not sure they have a real the desire to extend the tax credit.     It seems like it took forever for the city governments in parts of Southwest Florida to get these types of ordinances in place. Some of the worst hit areas like Lehigh Acres and Golden Gate Estates have some neighborhoods where the multitude of abandoned properties began to have a ghost town appearance. Thank goodness the local municipalities finally saw the light of day and began to clean up these problem areas. Florida Real Estate | Southwest Florida Blog
