Bill Pelot is a native Atlantan who grew up in the Buckhead area and graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA in Management. Bill graduated from the Georgia Institute of Real Estate. His resume includes over thirty years professional sales experience.

He and Rita, his lovely bride of thirty-two years, live in Marietta, Georgia. Rita is an accomplished watercolor and portrait artist and her work can be seen at galleries around Atlanta and at www.ritapelot.com.Rita was recently selected in a juried competition to hang two of her portraits in the spring show of the Atlanta Portrait Society.

Bill is a residential specialist, short-sale specialist, REO & BPO specialist and is foreclosure certified by HUD.

Bill enjoys golf as well as other sports. He also is an active member of Johnson Ferry Baptist Church and a follower of Jesus Christ.
