I have to agree with one of the above comments; Full time doesn't mean that they are the best. We have people with 30 years of real estate and the problem is that they haven't learned past the first year and have been stuck there. This market is a great market by helping some of the agents realize that they are better fitted for a job at Home Depot or as a bank teller (not that there is anything wrong with them) Sometimes you have to realize you are better at something else. Just because I grew up dreaming of being a brain surgeon doesn't mean I would be a successful one.
