I've been in real estate since 2004 and have been honored to represent some of the finest properties throughout the Southeast including Pulte Homes, The Settings, and The Cliffs. I now work primarily as a sellers agent in Jacksonville Florida representing my true passion: Waterfront homes and properties.
Why isn't there more pressure from the REALTOR associations on this issue? As a Florida REALTOR handling mostly short sales, over half our market here is distressed and I can't seem to find many sellers who aren't distressed, I see the same frustrations on this side of the country. We all know the problems in dealing with the banks, so we don't need to re-hash the short sale issues over and over. We need to do something about it. Suggestions?
