Agree with Jay about customer service or customer satisfaction being an important factor, though perhaps that's for a different ranking system, like J.D. Power or something like that... Frank, I see you got the hammock you were looking for the other week! I absolutely agree with your video about bcc'ing your clients on every e-mail regarding the transaction. This way they can see that you are working for and sometimes fighting for them in the deal. So much goes on behind the scenes that clients often aren't privy to, and when they can actually witness the hard work that you are putting in on their behalf and see how much you as an agent actually do, they are much more likely to feel satisfied that they are getting their money's worth (and more likely to tell others how hard you worked for them = referrals).
