Creating comfort and building relationships have been Brian Copeland’s forte throughout his diverse career. Brian jokes that he’s done everything from being a mall Easter bunny to running a successful music publishing company. Brian holds a master’s degree from UT, Knoxville in communications management and was chosen as Greater Nashville Association of REALTOR’s Rookie of the Year, selling more homes than any other like-agent in the metropolitan area. In 2007, he was selected by Real Estate Magazine as on Top 50 REALTORS on the Rise. He is currently in the top one percent (1%) of all agents in his marketplace. In 2009, Brian was a finalist for the NAR Technology Spotlight Award. In 2010, Brian served as the Vice Chair for NAR's Young Professionals Network. In 2011, Brian serves as the Chair.

While juggling his real estate practice, Brian still finds time to speak at numerous state and national conferences including NAR, CRS Sellabration, Triple Play, RETechSouth, Ohio AOR, Virginia AOR, Arkansas AOR, Tennessee AOR, Montana AOR, Hawaii AOR and numerous brokerage conferences/franchise opportunities (Keller Williams, Century 21 and Coldwell Banker).

Brian may be most familiar as the featured agent on The Learning Channel’s Flip That House and HGTV’s House Hunters. He currently appears on the HGTV show called Goodbuy/Badbuy, as well as a special home buying tip oriented HGTV show, "The Top 25 Homebuying Tips." He prides himself on his 18 hour average from the time he starts looking with a buyer to placing the contract on the perfect home. Brian is a Certified Residential Specialist and has taught numerous webinars for the Council. He is also known for his creative home listing marketing strategies. In fact, Brian was the first documented agent to use video to market homes on YouTube after its release in February 2005. Brian has received national awards for his real estate marketing innovations and has been featured in Residential Specialist Magazine, REALTOR Magazine, Broker Insider Magazine, iSucceed, Real Estate Magazine and Homes.com.

In his spare time, he enjoys graphic design, videography, technology, technology instruction and spending time with his family of animals.

    I love how the photo rendering is actually Nashville's AT&T building with the AT&T photoshopped away. However, the bottom of building still shows it's on Nashville's Commerce Street. Any insight on if it indeed with be architecturally similar to our landmark?
