I have devoted a large percentage of my last 7 years to technology and strategic web initiatives for the residential and commercial real estate markets. Our client projects include web strategy, content integration, MLS integration, user-centered web design & architecture, search marketing, social media marketing, web analytics, and blogging. Our clients typically are larger brokerages with over 100 agents and multiple regions of focus. We have large a portfolio of completed projects, a curriculum of training, and a vast understanding of the current trends in real estate. More about me follows...

Bryan is a fourth-generation northern Nevadan, having grown up in Sparks, before cutting his teeth in the epicenter of the internet boom, Silicon Valley. After working for several tech companies, he eventually landed at BEA in San Jose where he served as a Director of Web Strategy for World Wide Partner Operations for over 3 years. Savvy beyond his years, he decided to return to his hometown and start his own web development company [FUZE] in 2003 and hasn’t looked back since. His client portfolio has grown steadily and has included global brands (SAP, Cisco, BEA Systems), large national accounts (Boyd Gaming, Plasco, CLP, Spartan Staffing, The Entrust Group, ID Wholesaler), vital local clients such as Dickson Realty, Reno-Tahoe Open, Dermody Properties, Village at Idlewild Park, and pro bono clients like Nevada Commission for National & Community Service, Community Foundation of Western Nevada, United Way, EDAWN, and the Reno Tahoe Young Professional Network (where he holds a board seat). A dynamic and frequent public speaker, Bryan is one of the leading authorities on digital marketing and web strategy and how to use the web to maximize marketing effectiveness.

Bernice - This is a nice article and i think has some valid points and definitions. I will say that your entire article can be summed up with the following: BE AUTHENTIC. Whoever you are is whoever you are. How you choose to participate in Social Networks, how you opt to interract, what websites/blogs/networks you choose to interact with, just be authentic. Dont take the fast track (twitter syndication), be prepared to participate anyplace you choose to send a message and develop followers. There is no model to follow that works for everyone. People need to figure that out on their own, based on who THEY are as a person. If you choose to comment on your kids/family/real-life, then be that, if you choose to talk all business, then do that. If your life is a gray mix across the board, then be gray. The bottom line to me is that if you are loud mouth at every party, then you are a loud mouth online. Dont give a crap about who follows you, unless you plan to participate in every conversation you generate. And, dont worry about who doesnt agree with you...be who you are. Your followers online always have the following option: UFM - if you dont like me...Un Follow Me. I enjoy being able to tell who someone is, what makes them tick, then make my own decision if i want to follow them, do business with them, or read what they say. I will make that determination based on what i can find out about you. Nobody wants to be friends with everone, nobody wants to do business with everone, but the people we feel most comfortable and alike with, those are the people who we will develop the most lasting and real relationships with. Be authentic, be transparent, be the same online and offline, and you will find people who think like you...i guarantee it. Bryan Landaburu Fuze @fuze
