Interesting stuff. Couldn't agree more on many of the bullet points. I guess it is pretty much a wait and see type of deal for everyone, but it should be interesting to see how the rise of internet real estate marketing pans out, if the overall national market does in fact come back. Luckily, the Philadelphia area still seems to be in pretty good shape....
