    Brad, Congratulations on what today is a quick sale! I went through that same emotional turn around just last year.... A powerful commentary! As Dave indicates we would all do well to take a look from the other side. It is so true that the internet is powerful but it does lose the personal touch. More evidence that niche markets are the true test of time. Do you know if your buyer found the home on the internet? Wish I could be with you next week....have a great time! Callie
