Carl Espy has been a senior level executive within the real estate franchise and relocation industries, having been a founder of both the Coldwell Banker and Prudential residential real estate franchise networks. Within his various roles throughout his thirty year career, Espy has been an integral force in the development and deployment of industry-wide business management solutions and fully understands the issues and concerns of real estate practitioners. Espy is responsible for the deployment of SureClose® into the residential real estate brokerage marketplace including state and local associations of real estate, multiple listing services, and other business lines that are dependent on reliable, high-volume business process/transaction management and document control with the objective of improving the transaction process for the benefit of both practitioners and consumers.
