The only way to look at comps and generate the required local market conditions report is through our local MLS. Appraisers who get assigned to our area have no legal access to our information. They are attempting to bribe their way into our MLS - which is a federally copyrighted database. The AMCs are perpetuating fraud - pure and simple.
