When thinking up Viscape, it helped that Caroline has an extensive background in real estate and business strategy, and the vision to marry the two. A side effect of her years as a real estate investor, Caroline looks at real estate wherever she goes. Ask her about the real estate market in Panama, and she'll have something insightful to say. Ask her about marketing and social media and she’ll passionately offer advice on how to grow a business. Ask her about where the best secret vacation spot is and she’ll name a few.

Caroline has over fourteen years of experience working in dynamic, entrepreneurial environments. Prior to Viscape, she played a major role in sourcing, negotiating, and structuring highly successful and highly profitable real estate projects in Northern Virginia. Her most recent project was a 58-unit, multimillion dollar condominium conversion project in Falls Church, Virginia.

Prior to her real estate businesses, Caroline worked for several years in the finance industry as both an institutional and retail equity sales professional for Lehman Brothers Asia and Charles Schwab in New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong. Ms. Allison holds a Masters’ Degree in International Finance and Economics with a regional focus in East Asia from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).

An Aquarian, Caroline is highly creative and social. She loves bringing people together. She travels like she is never going back and wants to explore every last inch of our wonderful planet – preferably while skiing, boating or horseback riding.
