Jay is correct. You would be violating their TOS. I doubt Craigslist would give you permission to harvest user information from their site. Not to mention that people usually aren't thrilled to receive unwanted solicitations in their email inbox. Some regulation about response times and accessibility of both the listing agent and a bank contact would work wonders. It seems a lot of REO listing agents work office hours and hand off the actual work to an unlicensed assistant. Something needs to be done.
