Just had one of my agents ask about some passive techniques and in acknowledgement of your words I reminded him the three C's to success: 1. see the people 2. see the people 3. see the people chris at www.ePropertySites.com

Your writing style is wonderful, thank you. One great lesson we are learning from this market is to be content and grateful for what we have. Don't worry about what you paid for your house if it truly is your home. ...anybody who planned on their purchase being a short stop on their journey, should have rented. chris at www.ePropertySites.com

lol...I had to share that I found out about this from Inman's "Spamvertising"... This is such a tough one, thanks for stirring the pot Kris. The 3178MB of emails my gmail is currently storing are probably 70% spam (and that is just the ones Archived, I have probably deleted twice that amount). With that said, like how I found your article I do find a lot of relevance in many of the emails I get. As Mark intimated, I learn about new things people and yes properties from email. As a Realtor it sure beats killing trees for the old flyer box. Social Networking sites are in some ways "Spamvertising" themselves. For example, in my Facebook, I have one friend (a real friend) that continuously advertises her Women's clothing line (of which I have no interest) and another trying to get me to buy avon. Facebook is going to try and help with this by me silencing them, but, do I really want to silence them, what if I decide one day to buy avon or a new outfit for my wife...I would rather do it from someone I know...it is all so confusing these days. Relevance is the crucial issue. chris at ePropertySites
