I got lost looking for the "Like" button for your article, Teresa. The real world trumps the virtual world (or should) nearly 100% of the time and even being in the Internet technology business I hope this will always be the case. Chris Freeman Chief Technology Officer WOLFNET www.wolfnet.com

Working for an IDX provider, we have seen a few issues related to this topic. Not only do our clients, the brokers and agents, have to belong to multiple MLSs, but on their websites, they also must have corresponding multiple IDX searches. This is not a problem for vendors such as the one I'm with but can work to the detriment of our clients and their web visitors. Given that the majority of MLSs, understandably, do not allow data co-mingling, those in overlapping MLS markets are forced to display these "separate but equal" IDX searches on their websites which can be confusing to the general public and as a user interface is a bit clunky. Certainly MLS consolidation is much larger than just IDX but in this respect there is still room for improvement. Chris Freeman Chief Technology Officer WOLFNET www.wolfnet.com

Tara, I must agree with your observations. We live in a decent sized home but end up spending the bulk of our waking hours in one of the smaller rooms in the house. Perhaps not coincidentally that room is our sun room, with windows for three of the walls, and the rest of the area is used for bookshelves and furniture.
