Great advice. It is also a good practice to call your local title company and get the current recorded documents prior to the appointment. This way you can communicate from a knowledgable position and be aware of things like leins, notes, prepayment penalties, etc. Chris Knight, GRI, REALTOR SelEquity Real Estate, Boise-Nampa www.MoreAgent.com | Together Everyone Acheives More

Not only is LinkedIn a great way to meet new people it is also a way to add value to the relationships we have already built. By inviting people you already do business with to join your network, you are helping them to grow their sphere as well! When you invite your favorite lenders, you can introduce them to other agents and potential clients, and they can see the value in making you a preferred recommendation. How many people does your hair stylist know? How about your mechanic? Many people paint their home or replace tired carpting before listing a home. Make friends with service providers and set the stage for your mutual success.
