If you were to ask Christel Stewart what are the most important qualities necessary for success in the real estate industry, she wouldn’t hesitate to respond: “Commitment to outstanding customer service, dedication to goal achievement, and enthusiasm towards preserving honesty and integrity.” As an Associate for New Home Realty located in Las Vegas, Nevada, Ms. Stewart brings those principles to bear for every client and every transaction. A Las Vegas native, Ms. Stewart began her real estate career as a real estate assistant and then went on to become a new home specialist for Pinnacle Homes and KB Home, where she consistently exceeded company performance standards and was singled out for company recognition. Most recently, Ms. Stewart worked for Colliers International as a member of their Luxury Residential Division where she fulfilled a specific market niche working with buyers and sellers over the million dollar mark. As a Communications Studies graduate from University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Ms. Stewart studied principles of persuasion, organizational communication and conflict management, all of which has contributed to her sales success. She is a Heroes for Life volunteer for United Blood Services, a volunteer for Goodwill and Safe Nest, and a member of the Board of Directors for the local chapter of the American Heart Association.
