    Rudy, The problem is that the foreclosure's filter is misleading. It should say pre-foreclorure if it is going to display the realtytrac listings. I personally hate seeing the realtytrac listings, it wastes my time. If I want to see realtytrac listings that provide values for homes that are unrealistic, then I will pay $50 on their site. Otherwise get them off of a site that I once enjoyed :D or keep them, but do not make them part of the main listings, or allow them to be filtered out as pre-foreclosure listings. Chris

    It is good to see that Mayor Brown (aka Mayor Erkel as some critics call him) is holding the banks accountable for abandoning foreclosures in the city of Buffalo.
