Welcome!

I think a good agent will find it as easy to go through the documents with a client on electronic files as they would with a printed copy. You simply explain to them that you are sending important documents and ask them to call you when they receive them. When they call you open the file and ask them to do the same and go through it as you would a paper file. I have not found it to be different or difficult.
I would have searched for a company that offered training. I started in a small office with 4 agents and unfortunatly I didn't realize what I was missing. About 3 months later my broker and business partner committed suicide leaving me without a clue on how to run a real estate business.
I'm not sure that this is the real solution to the current mortgage problems. I do think it will give some secutity to the mortgage industry, however it is dishartening to see all taxpayers saddled with the debit from fradulent lenders and ignorant buyers. The current situation is where greed and stupidity met. My one hope is that the new government entity formed by this takeover will be realistic with new buyers and protect against fraudulent practices and at the same time not tighten up on credit to the point that buyers with less than steller credit are pushed out of the market.
