I have been fortunate enough to work with true real estate professionals for the past 3 years. My work is on the marketing side of their daily activities and keeps me enjoying every single minute of my day!
I guess that any smart buyer/seller can tell the difference between someone who is just talking and showing apple pie charts, to someone that listen and goes straight to the point. I guess that’s when a true professional comes up to a smoother process for all the parties. Isn’t it what we all want?
By reading the above I was reminded of something I read in the book the Alchemist, by Paulo Cohelo. When life/fate/fortune awards you with something, you must embrace it with pleasure and never think of it as if you don't deserve it, cause it might never be given to you ever again.
