My family has been involved in real estate for more than 30 years. Both my parents are licensed real estate brokers in Colorado. I studied programming and technology which led to my first job working for a communications firm in Boulder, where I became an affiliate of the local REALTOR® association. I have been involved in all levels of the real estate business since that time.

First licensed in 1992 and hired as an office manager, I began training and assiting agents right away. Since 2003 I have been involved in all aspects of distance education. Today I am a Certified Distance Education Instructor (awarded in 2008) and an approved pre-license and continuing education instructor in multiple states. I have delivered live training programs for regulators, industry affiliates, as well as at real estate expos and company offices. You will find me at most local and national conferences, meetings and expos working to elevate the education standards and increase the quality of education in the real estate, appraisal and mortgage industries.
