We uses Wellcomemat in our brokerage for our listing videos. For my blog videos, I use YouTube. The Wellcomemat player is absolutely fantastic. The quality is very high, and the bookmarking feature is very convenient. YouTube is okay for blog stuff, but I wouldn't use it for listing videos. Consumers don't go to YouTube to look for real estate, and the spam comments can be very annoying. Vimeo and Viddler are also very good video platforms, but I don't think that listing videos would make it through the Vimeo approval process. Viddler allows for very long videos, which can be good for instructional videos or things that are better suited to long form. I think that if Joel is right about ActiveRain's video platform, and it will be $30/mo., it won't get very far. $30/mo. seems awfully expensive to me.

Lori, No problem. I love it. I guess I was remiss in not answering the original question: 1) My Blackberry Pearl-- I'm a crackberry addict, for sure. It allows me to be able to at least keep track of my emails, even if I don't necessarily need to respond to them right away. It also does a good job of helping me to keep organized, which is help I always need. 2) My Macbook-- I love Mac, and my Macbook is my mobile office. It enables me to do all of the things that I need to in order to keep my business running, no matter where I might be. 3) My social media resources-- Twitter, Blogs, RSS, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. All of these provide excellent resources for learning and networking with other real estate professionals and my clients. Look at the value that we are all getting from Inman's social media features RIGHT NOW. Very cool.
