Our sales are up in 2009 and 2008 was our best year ever. We deal exclusively in the recreational property market (land & lake homes) in Minnesota & Wisconsin. We think this has more to do with our business model than the market...because we talk to many agents (on a daily basis) that are not doing so well. We are hoping for a very strong Spring!
