No vacations Kris? Really? The greatest thing about setting up your business is setting it up so that your clients don't even realize you are on vacation when you are gone. ;) Yes Realtors it is a reality! It is awesome too! My listing agent is leaving the office today and all of next week for the hunt and all his business is taken care of. The clients dont even know he's gone with the service that continues while he is gone. On the web/print ad note. If you follow the unconscious laws of influence you will find something very interesting. First, as the nummber of choices to pick from grows...the more likely no one buys anything. All the options become part of the stew. But if you have fewer options to choose from people get sold. If you are doing house ads you are part of the stew. You have to be where others arent. With the options of giving people a marketing campaign above and the prediction...my bet would be both of those people would be out of business. 90% are! Why? Because they dont take all the right steps in building a business. Its not a matter of doing a website or a house ad....ITS ALL THE RIGHT STEPS! Your Friend, Utah Dave www.utahdave.com

Its about providing value. When you are doing what everyone else is doing....your are average. What value do you provide that others dont? Dont say marketing or service. What specifically? Your Friend, Utah Dave www.utahdave.com

  • Welcome to a commoditized
    By August 5, 2008 - 6:26am

Welcome to a commoditized industry. It is interesting article. If you think....all these people are satisfied but they dont necessarily go back to the agent that helped them. Welcome to a world of what is convenient. Theres an opportunity that awaits someone to rise and shine in this industry. Your Friend, Utah Dave www.UtahDave.com
