That looks very cool. I think this will have use for showing videos to clients when you are in their homes. If they are in your office it may be easier to use a computer with a high speed Internet connection. In order to use this you need to have something to project it against. I assume a folder or binder cover would work if you are in a car, but then you have to question how bright is the projection? In short I think it has potential, but will take a while to overtake some of the smart phones. Now what would be really cool is a way to sync two or more smart phones so individuals could watch media together without crowding.

David, Don't dismiss Fred's comments. I think his point is spot on. Ultimately you will have to be profitable. In order for any real estate video or listing site to be successful it has to get product and viewers. If you solely rely on Realtors to post their videos, you will at best be one of several stops a buyer makes because only a percentage of listing offer any kind of motion tours (Photo or video) If you can market your hosting and can offer higher quality playback than other sites as well as idx compliant playback options (see zipvo and Wellcommat) you may see Realtors use your site to host their videos which will, in turn, help drive business to your site. As a videographer I upload a completed video to Revver AOL Video YouTube Google Video Realtor.com Veoh Zipvo DailyMotion Craigs List Wellcomemat MySpace Onestopview.com Vidego Metacafe although Tubemogul take care of about half these postings in one push, the others are done one at a time and it takes time. I am currently looking at analytics to identify what sites give the most benefit in terms of hits and Search Engine placement. In other words, I'm reexamining my distribution based on the benefits to the client. If i am going to add your service to my distribution i want to see the benefit to my clients - will it be seen by people who are looking for homes in Western North Carolina? I wish you luck. By the way, will your site accept MP4 video? David Bonyun

I'm in the process of uploading a video. So far it is pretty intuitive. Here's some feedback - 1: You have no spot to list land and lots. 2: Include .5 in your bath choices - those half-baths are important. 3: As a real estate videographer I find that many Realtors don't have the time or inclination to upload themselves. Is there a way I can include my contact information and logo on your website to increase my visibility as well at that of my clients. It's been almost 40 minutes and it's still uploading. I'm giving up. Maybe I'll try again tomorrow.
