I have over 30 years experience in business development industry, as a Franchise consultant for RE/MAX real estate and a capital investor. I have maintained an active real estate license in Florida, New York and Georgia and provide advisory and relocation services for residential and corporate relocations. My expertise in consulting, marketing and training in the real estate industry with his most recent projects involved valuation and integrated technology developments to be provided to the mortgage and real estate fields. I have provided franchise consultant services to major real estate brands along with developing lead generators for real estate services sectors. Since 2000 I have been consulting for numerous franchise models in real estate franchises and related industries. Most recently I have been providing guidance to newly established franchise owners in industrial, personal services and real estate franchise models.
