Wow it's been a year already - time flies! When I started real estate, I ran into Bob's articles on this site. What a treat. He made the complex nature of real estate easy to grasp and understand. From his book reviews to answering people's questions, he was always so helpful and amusing to read. It would be interesting to have his take on the current fiasco - he tells it like it is. Google Analytics is a definite must-implement tool for your website. It's powerful, helpful and it's free! Hard to turn this one down. You will learn a lot about your website, but making the changes may be a problem for most individual agents. The data compiled can be complex and overwhelming to understand that the agent would rather simply forget about it - there's just not enough time. The sections I often use are 1) traffic sources 2) keywords and 3) top content. I'm an under-utilizer though :) Toronto Real Estate Listings Toronto Condos
