what is wrong with kicking the can down the road a spell. some will work out of their problems and some will not. the ones that do not will allow the market a soft landing, which is better than having the market whipsaw unnecessarily. the purpose of the program is to help homeowners, not realtors. separately, arizona unemployment would exceed the national average if the statistics included laid-off undocumentated workers. make that 7 for 7.
