In 1979 I joined the Marines and then in 1983 switched over to the Army. When I retired I was not sure what I wanted to do when I grew up, but everything fell into place and here I am. I began to sell Real Estate while I was still in the service and when finally free to devote the time and effort I opened my own brokerage. Our first year in business we were ranked 54th of all Real Estate companies in the area. Not bad to be in the top 20% in your first year with no builder or any other assistance. This year we have seen agents leave that could not handle the market and we have had others join us, the strong will survive. I intent is for Veteran's Choice Realty to prosper, grow and dominate. It is a market ready for a force with the inovation, professionalism and will to take Real Estate to the future.

How long have we been giving CMA's away for free? What about all the other little things we do for free? Put that free information on the internet, Facebook, Twitter and the rest and what will you get? Ho Hummm. The sad truth is what we give away to totally different than what Dave Can give away and not nearly as entertaining. Now if you are giving away a free house! Twitter Me I'm on board!

I like shiny new objects as much as the next guy, but is there value added with these tools? Change has been coming for a long time and tech tools will play a part, but there is no substitute for hard work. Could these tools make the difference in increasing your business? I don't know, but they will increase the business of the makers of these tools.

It looks like a great addition to their brand. We don't have a BH&G in our market but the markets they are in must be doing great. Good luck to them.
