I've been using DocuSign for electronic signatures for the last 9 months. The response from my clients has been excellent. I got a call one night from a client who needed to sign the contract for the sale of his house. He was stressing out because he was stuck in traffic and was going to miss the signing deadline. I asked if he could pull off the road safely. He did and signed the contract on his smartphone. He was thrilled. I've had clients complain when their buyer's agent didn't use electronic signatures after seeing how easy it was when I sold their home. We've all had times when you receive back a long contract and there's a missing initial so the document has to go back to be completed. That doesn't happen with electronic signatures. There are a lot of great tools I use in my business and electronic signatures rank at the top. I found Vyoo.it a while ago and like how the site can tell if someone is accessing my listing from a smartphone that can see the full site or if it's a cell phone that needs the mobile version. So far the reaction to the QR codes has been good, but only as something cool and new, not as a major marketing feature.
