    EXCELLENT post and one that I will be using in an article that has been on my mind for quite some time! I believe that many agents miss the 'big' picture with regards to converting the consumer. This is something that really needs to be done BY the site owner, to better understand the mind of their consumer.

    Hi Bernice! You're spot-on with this post! I approach this issue in much the same light. As for taking it to the next one up the chain of command, that's exactly what I do..."Is Renee Realtor® okay? I submitted an Offer and a few phone calls and am really worried about her!" That way, if there is something REALLY wrong with Renee, she's not thinking I'm a tattle-tale and if there isn't, her broker will keep her on her toes for fear of the firm's reputation among other brokerages! Works like a charm!

    Bernice - You are spot on here! When agents realize that it's not about them, it's about the consumer, they generally get past that me-me-me phase, whether it be print or online marketing. Fantastic tips!
