  • I've been a Docusign user

I've been a Docusign user here in Denver for a couple years now and love it. We have some other digital signature solutions available in our marketplace but this is the only one I've been able to use even if the other party isn't using digital signatures. It's been very helpful to sign non-standard documents that aren't available in our forms programs! This hot technology is one of the tools I'm speaking about at this years Colorado REALTOR Rally. I hope they continue making their product more integrated with the contracts programs so each contract doesn't have to be manually setup, saving even more time! • I agree with Teresa Boardman

I agree with Teresa Boardman on this. I'm highly educated, professional, and add value to my clients. I'm in real estate because I prefer the lifestyle and flexibility. On the face of it, having "security" and corporate benefits would be nice but I'm willing to take more risk for a career I prefer and the opportunity to excel. • I'm surprised Move.com has
    By November 13, 2008 - 2:54pm

I'm surprised Move.com has been selected for this given the feedback in the Realtor community on Realtor.com and the pricing model. In addition to real estate being local, there are other companies on the market today offering much better data presentation and services. I'm constantly impressed with Trulia, as an examples. They've taken some serious data problems in our local MLS and corrected them, making for some great features, made available to the public that I can't even get as a paid subscriber to the owner's of the data. NAR needs to carefully consider opening this up to other vendors and be careful about the price model. Realtors are already questioning the "additional subscriptions" being promoted.
