I started with Century 21 when George Kettle owned our region and they sold it. I was not happy with the new management and bought a Better Homes and Garden Franchise which was then sold to GMAC. My wife said we went from warm and fuzzy to cold steel, so I went back to Century 21. Full circle. GMAC is very difficult to deal with when it comes to a divorce. Don Gurney drgurney@aol.com

Mr Kelman seems to have a bit of an negative attitude towards real estate agents and the way they do business. Another guy who is going to change the world and have us see it through his myopic view. Let's see now, we will award our controlled agents through customer satisfaction reports. Does that mean if you sell 1 house and get a glowing report we are going to give you more money than the person that sells 20 houses an gets an average report? Is Mr Kelman working with his money or investor money. I hope Mr. Kelman's company is very profitable and that his business model will continue that way. At least he knows how to keep his expenses down by taking a bike to work instead of a car. Does he have a side car on that bike to put his clients in or do they run beside him when he shows them property.
