The comments about the right to reprint the articles found on that site raise some concerns for me. Regardless of what Brad Carroll was told by the folks at the HouseLogic booth - any time an article carries a copyright you need written permission to reprint that article. A copyright is a statement of ownership and many (most?) of the articles on the HouseLogic site are not copyright NAR or HouseLogic. Many people misunderstand reprint rights and copyright infringement is against Federal law. Be very careful what you copy.
