Steamboat Springs, CO is a world-class resort town with a friendly, western feel.

If you're planning on buying Steamboat real estate, you are in luck! We are one of the least expensive (aka undervalued) resorts in the West. Intrawest bought our ski mountain in 2006 and has been making great changes on the mountain.

Our snow making is now state of the art, but we really don't need that, because our Champagne Powder is the best snow in Colorado!

If you are looking to purchase a second home, a ski-condo, investment property or a retirement home, you owe it to yourself to look at Steamboat.

And if you look at Steamboat real estate, you need to do it with a Realtor who knows the Steamboat market. I can help you find:

* Steamboat Springs real estate-- homes, condos, vacant land
* Stagecoach real estate--investment property and homes
* North Routt real estate--Clark, Hahn's Peak, Steamboat Lake
* Hayden, Colorado real estate
* Steamboat Springs New Developments

Steamboat Springs has been mentioned in the Wall Street Journal and Robb Report as being THE place to purchase real estate.

I look forward to hearing from you!

    Eliese Pivarnik, Steamboat Springs Real Estate Broker Associate www.SteamboatHomeSales.com Jay, I not only printed Mary's suggestions you referred to but her 125 Legitimate Link Building Strategies at www.searchengineworkshops.com/articles/leglinkpop.html G, the difference definitely occurred after April 2. I was enjoying a nice stream of quality leads until then. Now my site is coming up dry. Also, I've had it over a year with results coming after 8 months. Is that considered "new"?

    Eliese Pivarnik, Steamboat Springs Real Estate Broker Associate SteamboatHomeSales.com I agree with the comments about just writing relevant content. I've been trying to master the SEO game and thought I was doing well. My site was on page 1 of Google for one of my main keywords. Two weeks later, I've dropped to page 9 and can't figure out what happened. It's too hard to try to keep up with what Google is looking for. I'm just going back to writing posts I want to write. http://www.steamboatHomeSales.com
